Dear Parents, Guardians, Confirmandi, and Sponsors,
On behalf of our pastor, Monsignor Otto Garcia, Mrs. Naomi Fitzgerald, our Director of Religious Education, Mr. John Furner, and our school and parish Confirmation staff is honored to announce that the sacrament of Confirmation will be administered at St. Joan of Arc on Friday, September 17th at 3:00PM. At this time we would also like to advise you of the following dates to add to your Confirmation calendar:
Friday, September 10th Candidate Rehearsal from 8:30AM-12:15PM
Thursday, September 16th Sponsor and Candidate Evening Rehearsal
7:00 PM in Lower Church
Friday, September 17th Assembly in the Lower Church at 2:15PM
Please note that your child’s sponsor must be present for BOTH the Evening Rehearsal and for the ceremony itself. Tickets for the ceremony will be distributed at the conclusion of the Evening Rehearsal and will only be given to the sponsors. We also ask that you continue to remember the Confirmation class in your prayers as they complete their preparation for this auspicious step in their spiritual development.
